How can I be sure that your entertainment will be appropriate for my needs? 

With over 20 years of providing quality entertainment experiences for all types of clients and events, we are very adept at walking the comedy line. We ask questions to identify and understand your event needs and what you are trying to achieve.  Then we work with you to design clever, witty and fun shows that are specific to your audience.

How do I know you will do what you say you’ll do?

We would be the first to admit that the entertainment field is full of shady operators. You would be wise to ask this question of any entertainment company.

Here’s our answer:

We have produced hundreds of shows for hundreds of happy customers, many of which are high-profile repeat clients. Most importantly, we offer a complete money back guarantee: “If you don’t have fun, you don’t pay”.  We’re proud to say we have never been asked to deliver on this promise.  We’re happy to provide references upon request.

Does AUE come to us or do we come to you?

We come to you!  Hotels, conferences, tradeshows, buses, private homes, restaurants, downtown Vancouver, lower Mainland, Whistler, around British Columbia or across Canada. In fact, we love to travel and have performed from Alaska to New Orleans and many hot spots in between.

What happens once a booking is made?

We review all  event details with you to create a contract.  Closer to your event date, we supply you with final details including actor contact information and logistics. We’re here to help at all booking stages so call us with any questions.

Can you help me with other elements of my event: décor, photography, catering, venues, production, etc?

Absolutely!  With 20 years in the business we have partnerships with the best event suppliers in the industry. Our team will help simplify your event planning experience.

I represent a charity/fundraising organization, will AUE work with our group, and do you offer a non-profit discount?

We are proud of our long history of service with non-profit groups, and would love to help your cause.  We offer a 20% flat discount on all services for non-profit organizations, so please, inquire today about specifics for your event!
